By accessing and using www.drillity.com ("the Site"), operated by DrillityGroup OÜ ("Drillity", "we", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. What this site is

www.drillity.com is the gateway to the Drillity ecosystem. It presents our two platforms and directs you to them:

• Drillity Talent — careers & recruitment for the ground industries
• Drillity Market — B2B equipment exchange

Creating an account or transacting happens on the platforms, under their own terms:

3. Intellectual property

The Drillity name, logo, and all content, design and imagery on the Site are the property of DrillityGroup OÜ or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt its operation, gaining unauthorised access to its infrastructure, or scraping its content by automated means beyond what standard search engines do.

5. Information on the Site

The Site is provided "as is". Figures shown on it — such as live job and listing counts — are informational, refresh automatically and may change at any time. We make no warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of the Site's content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrillityGroup OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Your use of the platforms is governed by the platforms' own terms, including their liability provisions.

7. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
